3. Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services a We Scoop® representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup We Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated We Scoop® team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
Our team will send you a 60-minute "on the way" text before your scheduled service. While you don't need to be home, please ensure easy access to your yard and that no aggressive dogs are present. This allows us to provide efficient and uninterrupted service.
Cleaning Your Yard
Our technicians will arrive promptly and thoroughly clean your yard. We follow a carefully planned route to ensure no pet waste is missed, making multiple passes as needed to guarantee a consistently clean and sanitary outdoor space.
Safety Procedures
After completing the cleanup, we'll photograph your securely closed gate to ensure no pets have escaped. All scooping equipment is disinfected with organic, kennel-grade solutions to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a safe environment for your pets.
Pet Waste Disposal
Based on your location and local regulations, pet waste will either be double-bagged and disposed of in your trash can or transported in our service vehicle for proper disposal through Waste Management. If a trash can is not available, we will securely double-bag the waste and place it at the side of your property, following all local guidelines.
