Click the “Explore Pricing” button, enter your ZIP code, and complete the quick signup process online. You’ll see your pricing and select the service option that works best for you.
2. Schedule Your Inital Cleanup
Choose a date that works for you and schedule your initial cleanup through our online booking system. We’ll confirm your appointment and get you added to our route.
3. Set Up Your Customer Portal
After signing up, you’ll receive access to your customer portal. From there, you can manage your service, view upcoming visits, update your information, and manage your billing.
4. Add Your Payment Method
Add a bank account or credit/debit card to your customer portal for automatic payments. Recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month before service is provided.
5. Enjoy Your Poop Free Yard!
That’s it—we’ll take it from here! Our team will visit on your scheduled service day, remove the pet waste from your yard, and leave your outdoor space clean and ready to enjoy.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated We Scoop® team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
We’ll send you a “60-minute on the way” text before your scheduled service. You don’t need to be home—just make sure we have access to your yard and that any pets are safely inside.
Cleaning Your Yard
Once we arrive, we’ll thoroughly walk your yard and remove all visible pet waste. We make multiple passes when needed to help ensure nothing gets missed and your yard is left clean and ready to enjoy.
Safety Procedures
After your cleanup, we’ll send you a photo confirming your gate is securely closed. We also disinfect our equipment and shoes between each yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs.
Pet Waste Disposal
Pet waste will be securely bagged and placed in your outdoor trash can after each service. If your trash can isn’t accessible, we’ll leave the sealed waste bag in a designated area for easy disposal.
